Pasaje de unidades

En los trabajos prácticos N° 3 y 4, aprendimos el pasaje entre unidades, utilizando la regla de 3 simple y aplicando a distintas situaciones problemáticas. Por ejemplo:

a) 2 KB representan 2048 bytes o 16.384 bits.

1 KB _____ 1024 bytes             1 byte _____ 8 bits

2 KB _____ x= 2048                  2048 bytes ______ x= 16.384
b) 96 bits equivalen a 768 caracteres.

1 bit ______ 8 caracteres

96 bits ____ x=  768
c) 8 MB es igual a  8.192 Kbytes.

1 MB _____ 1024 KB

8 MB _____ x= 8.192
d) 3 GB es igual a 3.072 Mbytes.
1 GB _____  1024 MB

3 GB _____ x= 3.072

      - ¿Cuántos bits se necesitan para almacenar el texto: “Tic 5º año Ciencias Naturales”? y ¿Cuántos bytes?

1 byte_________8 bit

29 byte________x= 232 bit

-  Se necesitan 232 bit y 29 bytes
